As France bans the niqab in public (although they don’t have the guts to openly state that’s what the law is about) I ask:
- does this mean the French have admitted they cannot persuade us of their values?
- does this mean the French believe in ‘freedom’ when it suits them?
- does a developed, nuclear-armed Western state picking on women prove their justice?
- does it mean Islam oppresses women or is it the French?
- does it prove the French are insecure?
- does Sarkozy think this will help him get ahead of Le Pen’s NF in the polls?
- does this mean that the honour of women in France is related to their dress, not their minds and personalities?
Either way, I call for the armies of the Muslim world to move to defend the honour of their sisters and for Islam. If the rulers don’t let them then I call for the rulers to be removed. If idea this seems strange to you then ask yourself why?
